Understanding the AIQYA Livability Score
The AIQYA Livability Score™ is a multi-dimensional evaluation system designed to help homebuyers understand how comfortably and intelligently a residential project supports everyday life – not by what is advertised, but by how people actually experience it.
Rooted in design clarity, environmental comfort, sustainability, and human experience, the Livability Score highlights both strengths and blind spots that shape long-term quality of life.
What We Evaluate
The Livability Score spans six key dimensions:
1. Spatial Efficiency
How well is the space planned?
We assess loading ratios, circulation flow, layout logic, and how effectively the built area translates into usable living spaces.
2. Comfort & Environmental Quality
How comfortable is the home across daily rhythms and changing seasons?
We examine natural light, ventilation, thermal comfort, and acoustic behaviour.
3. Social & Community Living
How well does the project support interaction, inclusivity, and everyday movement?
We study walkability, shared spaces, women-friendly design elements, safety perception, and intergenerational comfort.
4. Sustainability & Environmental Factors
How meaningfully does the community integrate ecological thinking?
Evaluations include water systems, tree cover, biodiversity-conscious planning, waste management, and long-term environmental resilience.
5. Privacy & Personal Space
Does the layout protect visual and acoustic comfort?
We assess bedroom separation, zoning, buffer spaces, interior sound privacy, and the integrity of views.
6. Safety & Everyday Practicality
How easy and safe is daily life in the community?
This includes lift density, access control, parking behaviour, lighting, and the reliability of essential services.
How It’s Rated
Each dimension is evaluated through measurable design parameters and lived-experience indicators.
