These guidelines define acceptable use of AIQYA’s content, platform, and user access features.
1. Single User Access
- Each AIQYA account is intended for use by a single individual only.
- Account sharing across multiple users or devices outside of reasonable personal use is not permitted.
- We monitor login patterns and reserve the right to suspend accounts that display suspicious activity.
2. Screenshots, Downloads & Redistribution
- Users may not take screenshots or redistribute any content (text, scorecards, visuals, PDFs, etc.) via public or private channels.
- Premium content is viewable online only unless explicitly stated as downloadable (e.g., select investment reports).
- Any unauthorized copying, extraction, or republication violates AIQYA’s intellectual property rights.
3. Automated Access & Scraping
- Use of bots, crawlers, or automation tools to access, scan, or scrape AIQYA content is strictly prohibited.
- Violators may lose access without refund and may be permanently blocked or legally pursued for damages.
4. Developer Logos, Maps & Visuals
- AIQYA may feature third-party content (e.g., developer logos, site plans, location maps) under fair use.
- Such content remains the property of respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
5. Reporting Misuse
- If you believe any AIQYA content is being misused, please email us at legal@aiqya.com.
- If you are a rights holder and wish to request content removal or correction, we will respond promptly.
Use of AIQYA implies agreement to these fair use and access terms. Users violating these guidelines may lose access to their account without refund.
