Refund Policy – AIQYA

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions made on the AIQYA platform (aiqya.com).
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable.
- Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
- If auto-renewal is enabled by the user, they are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Refunds for annual subscriptions may be granted only under the following conditions:
- No premium content has been accessed.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
- If approved, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of two months at the standard monthly subscription rate:
- One month as usage
- One month as service charge
3. Accidental Purchases
- Accidental purchase refunds may be considered only for annual plans, provided:
- The request is made within 24 hours of the transaction
- No premium content has been accessed
Requests outside of this window or involving accessed content will be declined.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email support@aiqya.com with the following details:
- Registered email ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
All refund requests will be reviewed manually. AIQYA reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on eligibility and access history.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- AIQYA is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
